Refund Policy

At IMAGE Clinic, we are committed to delivering exceptional aesthetic and clinical services. We value your trust and aim to maintain complete transparency regarding our refund and cancellation policies. Please read the following terms carefully before booking any service or treatment.
1. Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
- If a consultation is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Treatment & Service Payments
- Payments made for treatments or procedures are non-refundable once the treatment has commenced.
- If you wish to cancel a scheduled treatment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment to receive a refund or credit.
- Refund requests made after the 48-hour window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the clinic’s discretion.
3. Package & Prepaid Plans
- Prepaid treatment packages are non-transferable and non-refundable after the first session has been completed.
- Unused sessions within a package may be converted to clinic credit, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Packages purchased during promotional offers are not eligible for monetary refunds.
4. Product Purchases
- Skincare and cosmetic products sold at the clinic are non-returnable once opened or used.
- Sealed, unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund.
- Damaged or defective products will be replaced free of charge upon verification.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds for cash payments will be issued via bank transfer, online payment or clinic credit.
- A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once the refund has been initiated.
6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
- If a treatment is deemed unsuitable by our medical team during the session, a full refund or alternative treatment will be offered.
- Medical emergencies or doctor-advised cancellations will qualify for a complete refund upon submission of valid documentation.
- IMAGE Clinic reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
